Technical Parameters

1. Machining accuracy: Cavity and locating-hole accuracy ±0.03 mm
2. Machining operations: Rough milling, finish milling of product cavities, drilling dowel-pin and screw holes, and engraving part numbers
3. Structure: Two cavities in a single die insert, allowing two track-link blanks to be formed in one pressing cycle

Product Function

A core forming-die insert for crawler-track links. The cavity reproduces the geometry of the track link. Under press force, the steel blank is forged/pressed into an excavator track-link shape. Dowel-pin and screw holes are used to locate and secure the insert to the die base. Left- and right-hand inserts are used to produce symmetrical track-link components.
